No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children ages 4 and older are allowed.
Children from 4 years old to 8 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 9 years old to 12 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Kibilu - Corso Lodi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
A surcharge of 15 EUR applies for arrivals after 15:00 till 20:00 check-in, and from 20:00 till 23:00 surcharge of 20 EUR applies, after 23:00 a surcharge of 40 EUR applies. All check-ins are managed automatically through the Vikey application. In case of appointments on site for the delivery of the keys, the payment of Euro 25 will be required.

When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.
