: Very convenient location, 3/4 minutes from the station and 25 minutes walk from Duomo (and 6 minutes to my office ;-). Quiet street, nice and secure building - the art installations in the courtyard were a welcome bonus. Apartment is fairly spacious, beautifully decorated, and generally very pleasant. Comfortable bed with memory foam mattress and good level of modern comforts in the apartment. Staff in the office were friendly and ready to help when I called. Good to have toiletries, dishwashing liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets - although could have been a little more generous with the shower gel and dishwasher tablets!
: AC only in the kitchen/living area, no AC or even a fan in the bedroom. With 27+ degrees at night (up to 1:30AM last time I checked), made for some pretty uncomfortable sleeping. Tried keeping the AC on in the kitchen but it had virtually no impact. Main shower head was clogged with limescale, so water would only come from just over half of the holes and sprayed at crazy angles - you basically have to use the handheld shower to get a good jet. WiFi really quite slow, to the point of being almost useless. As someone else has mentioned, it would be good to have some basic cooking ingredients - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar - in the flat!
