  : The apartment is spacious complete with a good functioning kitchen, frig., etc.. and the location is great.
  : Reception location was different from the apartment location. The GPS direction to the apartment was not the shortest. The apartment was only about 100 meters from the reception if walking pass thru the train station. The apartment was not quite ready at 3pm when we arrived. One of the relay switch in the electrical pannel trippedWhen the water heater and the hair drier were utilized at the same time. I was able to reset it myself because the electrical pannel was inside of the room. It could be a problem for someone else who do not know how to to reset the relay.

  : ONLY the location! That is the only good thing about this so-called hotel
  : Well, where should i start? I will list all the problems so it will be easier. 1- NO extra sheets for the second person when we pay cor 2 people. 2- NOT ONE TOWEL FOR THE HEAD, NOT ONE TOWEL FOR THE HANDS. ONLY TOTAL OF TWO TOWELS FOR THE BODY. you may not be aware but we use towels after we wash our hands, and we dry our hair with a towel too, after the shower. 3- The stink of the bathroom was not working, it kept getting stuck so the whole water would be full until we opened the closet under and did a little plumbing AS THE GUESTS STAYING IN THE ROOM. 4- the bathroom door was not closing, also the LOCK didnt work at all. We had to leave the door UNLOCKED and OPEN. 5- there is a big issue with the air conditioner. We listened to the answers provided by your management but we ended up freezing for each night we stayed at your so-called hotel. THE WORST PART OF THIS STAY WAS THAT YOU DIDNT DO !ANYTHING! ABOUT ANY OF THE ISSUES WE FACED. Terrible!!!!!! UPDATING: Italianway decided to give us a call once they found out about our disappointment, and we scheduled a 30 minute meeting via phone-for the next day. Guess what, they didnt even call! So yeah, for anyone coming to Milan, or anywhere in Italy, do yourself a favor and make sure you check its not ItalianWay. You really shouldnt be charging for services you do NOT provide. This is theft, and unacceptable. As per my job, I travel a lot and very frequently and with many people. And i will do everything in my power to make sure people will know what weve faced during this holiday, so they dont make the mistake we made. HORRIBLE!

  : there is a terrible smell when you entered the apartment that did not go away - had to leave the windows open all the time. they could have left some coffee etc as a welcome like other places do

  : Communication about checking in. It was Easter week, and no one was there to give me the keys. A video was supposed to have been emailed to me. Though it shows in the person's email, up to now, I still do not have it. That being said, I was emailing them that I was having a hard time finding the key. It was thru the kindness and intervention of a customer service person from the train station, who called them to get the exact information. And, we arrived at the station at 8 (communicated to them) and found our unit at close to 11 p.m. Not a good start.
