  : There was absolutely in the city centre next to the Station Milano Cadorna Nord. From the airport its easy to go to the flat. It was clean, silence.10 minutes walk from the Duomo.

  : Despite the cleaner's delay, the apartment was beautiful, with a lot of facilities offering space.
  : I didn't like the way the apartment was hidden, it was easy to overlook it was a minor problem.

  : The flat was very spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed - including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was right next to the train station and quite central (although the flat was located next to the train, it was always very quiet in the room)
  : The space of the apartment has a lot of potential, however the interior was was furnished quite cheaply.

  : Basically - the apartment looks exactly like on the photos. Good location, 24h store is 100m away.
  : We did not manage to find the apartment instantly. No signs whatsoever. When we entered into apartment - it was dirty and untidy!! In fact it seemed like previous guests just left the apartment. The bed was undone, bin was full of trash, toilet was ... not clean, bathroom towels were lying on the floor etc. We were so smart that before we got into the apartment we bought a bottle of wine - so we opened it and tried to relax, while we had to call Italianway to figure out what happened (I had to speak to several different people and not in a polite way) and when could we expect the apartment to be cleaned up. For half an hour we had to wait for the cleaning folks to come (in fact I think that they themselves could not initially find the apartment... but this is not our problem) and had to leave the apartment for another hour or so. So - all in all we lost 3 hours. This is not what you expect when you come to Milan.

  : Excellent apartment (very clean and comfortable, with a full size fridge, lots of towels, and a shower that didn't leak!) and location. Helpful staff, and a left luggage service which is very useful.

  : People at the reception gave clear instructions how to get to the apartment.
  : WI-FI did not work most of the time. No international TV channels. Mostly Italian shopping channels.

  : Didn't end up staying. We were misled with the location of this apartment. We required something within walking distance from Milan Centrale Train Station, only to find out on our arrive that we had to pick-up the key in one location, then, walk to the metro and jump on a train for 15 minutes to finally get to our apartment. This wasn't going to happen. booking.com was showing on the map that the location was within close walking distance from Milan Centrale Train Station. We want a full refund.
