  : Excellent location. 2 min walk to the Duomo. Friendly host. He gave exact instructions how to enter apartment.
  : Our room was the 5th floor flat. The pictures advertised were not for that room at all. ROACHES. I killed 8 of them during my stay and thats because I had to sleep at some point. Woke up at 3am to use the facilities and there were 2 in the bathroom and 2 roaming the floor of the bedroom. The 5th floor can only be accessed by steps (no big deal to us) but had to use a key to get on and off the patio. First try couldnt get back into the building. Curtains were see through. Towels had black specks. The window in the bathroom has either black mold or was very dirty. Biggest issue was the roaches. We had family staying one floor below and their room was what you see pictured. No bugs. I would stay in this building again but not on the 5th floor flat. I spent more time killing and worrying about roaches than I did actually sleeping. If they got the pest issue under control and gave the place a minor facelift it would be a lovely stay. The roaches are the main reason it rates so low.
