  : A great location within easy walking distance to the attractions and the Duomo. Good cafes and restaurants close by. Soundproofing in the room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower. The room is not large but we found it very comfortable.

  : staff was friendly but unhelpful with anything we asked, from an extra pillow to fixing the wifi to requesting a late check out.. they couldnt help with anythingwhen we arrived there was no one to greet us so we waited on the street, when they got there the room was still dirty from the previous guests and we had to leave to let them clean. We requested to check out an hour later and they said noterrible internetthere was a lot of noise at 2am since the room is next to the service entrance and the door is thin terrible pillows that were too thin and they couldnt provide another one, the bedsheets had holes on them

  : Beautiful, spotlessly clean property. Good location, 10 min walk to Duomo/city centre. Lovely staff met us at the door and showed us around/tour of the property. Very happy with this stay.

  : The location is brilliant - near excellent transport, good shops, great food outlets and terrific coffee! Love Milan! It is an easy walk to the Duomo and not too far to walk to several other places of great interest. The man who met us was reliable and personable. A very pleasant stay in a wonderful city!
  : We liked most of it and I have only given 4 out if 5 stars because of a couple of small things which the owner needs to fix. The shower head leaked like crazy the first time Ai used it and sprayed water all over the floor which I had to mop up. I turned the head so the spray now goes onto the wall and us confined to within the shower itself - but it needs fixing. The sink runs slowly - rental apartments need to check and clear their sinks before each guest arrives. They also should have an electric jug in the room for making tea, not just one of those silly coffee makers that require disposable plastic pods in them and are really bad for the environment. Not everyone likes that type of coffee and many people drink tea. Such a basic facility is found in the humblest hotel rooms - a delux apartment should not have to be asked. Some more toiletries would have been nice - such as hair conditioner. Otherwise, all fantastic! Thanks!
