  : very dirty flat the kitchen has deteriorated equipment and cannot be used for human very bad smell from the dishwasher. broken bathroom mirror and unsafe for kids the flat is not similar to what is shown in booking the beds cover are deteriorated the furniture and switches are deteriorated not available cars parking the office/ owner is rude in treatment and not fair we spook to the owner and booking about those concerns since first hour of entering the flat and no positive response from both while we stayed 5 days. really not recommended for human stay and not worthing the amount of money we paid. we complained several times, minimum five times to both booking and the flat owner, but no resolution. you need to accept what you have.

  : Room was not ready for 2h after the check in time, beds uncomfortable, lots of mould in the bathroom

  : No living room or comfortable place to sit .Thin walls , heard everything . Shower almost impossible to regulate . No towels in kitchen .

  : 1.in order to check in, the manager has send me a doggy link through booking mailbox, forced me to put all my credit card details ,otherwise not only i can not check in, but also this booking is non refundable.2.the location of this aparment is inside of a residential area, it's like a maze, if you don't have Einstein's intelligence, it'd be very hard to find.3.the worst shower ever, it was either boiling hot,or freezing cold. 4.to the milan church,you'll need walk one hour.5.this so called manager never showed up, he barely answer any questions either, only be alive on what'sup
