  : WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE EVER!My stay at this hotel was an utter disaster! The staff's refusal to speak English and their disregard for translating left us feeling completely helpless and ignored. On top of that, the absence of room service and the strict no-guest policy were major inconveniences. The constant background noise only added to the overall unpleasant experience.Communication was a mess, with no one picking up the phone despite the number being right there. We were left waiting outside for more than half an hour before someone bothered to let us in. And to add to the frustration, we had to figure out the secret password for not one, but two locked doors all on our own. It was just plain exhausting!To make matters worse, our attempt to salvage the situation by canceling the subsequent booking was met with a flat-out refusal from the uncooperative owner. This experience was a complete disaster, and it's clear this establishment lacks the most basic standards of customer service and hospitality.

  : Only the balkon size was good. The selfcheckin took too long. Facilities were not comfortable!! We asked from the host after first night to change the couch/sofa because we couldnt sleep and he didnt reply about it only after fourth day he asked for check out process and when I asked a respose regarding our request he said that its impossible and its bot true the couch is unconfortable because he bought 2 yrs ago!

A lot of trpubles during checkin, he didnt send the cpdes for garden doors and building door, only for apartment!! It took us 3 hours tp find the cpdes and keys through booking platform and many calls and messages!!!
