  : This place states it has air conditioning which it does but it does not work at all. If you're here in summer don't plan to get much sleep. The hot water wasn't working when we arrived. 6-7+ hours on reply times from the hosts during the when inquiring about the broken ac when it was 34 degrees. The shower head in the master bedroom ensuite is busted also. The front door handle is broken and falls off from the inside so if you shut the door from the outside and it comes off you won't be able to get back in.

  : Solarium was nice although the chairs were cracked. The location relative to sights was nice
  : The form we had to filll out indicated a check in time if 2 pm then told we couldn't have that time. We arrived at 3 and the cleaners were mt done There were no hand towels in bathrooms but were provided. there was no dish soap dishwasher soap pot scrubbers for pots no clean dish towels no other cleaning cloths for spills so used toliet paper There were not enough blankets for beds. The pillows were awful. I immediately brought this to the place attention and was not responded to until after we checked out. Business said they did not realize we had only a 1 night booking. This booking was made in spring. They should have been aware. There were not any condiments not even salt or pepper. We have stayed many other places like this, the one. The price was very high and service charges are ridiculous. We were charged a linen fee and cleaning fee. We knew we had to pay them because we booked the space but felt the charges were over the top. Bed linen fee, towel fee, and cleaning fee on top! Outrageous

  : Shower head broken so showers were terrible. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 guests. No dish liquid for cleaning up. Noisy alarms going off all night. Original check in for 3:45, host arrived around 4:45, so we waited in a narrow lane way with 8 suitcases for 1 hr. Cleaners came approx 1hr later to finish putting linen in rooms. Original check out was 11am but host told us we needed to be out by 10 or face an extra fee.

  : we were met by a member of staff at the arranged time
  : We had no hot water from when we arrived on Thursday till 6.30 on the Friday evening. The shower in the on suite did not work and there was no water supply. The meter seemed to trip out and after about 10 phone calls asking for assistance and to get someone to call I finally got a gentleman on Friday evening who could talk me into fixing. Also the shower trays were not very clean
