  : Amazing location and staff very punctual with check in. Our flights were delayed so we had to change the destination to Milan and they were very quick to accept the booking and give directions of how to best get there and met us there. Location unbeatable; 509m to Duomo and great cafe down the road for spritz
  : Unfortunately the price difference between advertised and charged was 100 euro. I dont think this was the hotels fault, more so advertised incorrectly perhaps on the app and were still trying to have this fixed with booking.com so definitely tarnished our stay a bit!

  : Host met us promptly at apartment and location could not be better. The Duomo is basically in your backyard and the subway station is right down the road.

  : Very good location, spacious rooms, helpful host, offered to change apartment.
  : The only major drawback of this apartment is that it does not have soundproof windows. Unfortunately, this is not stated in the apartment description. People with sensitive hearing will have trouble sleeping as all street noises, including trams, come inside the bedroom. We declined the hosts' kind offer to change apartments because we wanted to stay near the Opera House.

  : Excellent location (could not be better!) The windows towards the street were ok to block the noice from the trams and cars. Airconditioning was good (but noisy).
  : While the official pictures of the apartment looked quite appealing, we found that the reality did not quite match our expectations. The wooden floor (parquet) appeared quite worn and, frankly, somewhat dirty. Additionally, the furniture seemed to be of a rather low-quality and showed signs of considerable wear, which led us to suspect it might be from a budget retailer like Ikea. One aspect that struck us was the sleeping arrangements. The double bed was comfortable, but the other bed, which was only 180 cm long, was not suitable for an adult. It left us wondering why a standard-sized bed was not included to ensure a more comfortable stay. Another concern was the window facing the inner courtyard. It seemed to be an older window that allowed a significant amount of noise to enter the apartment, affecting our overall rest and relaxation. Finally, when considering the overall condition of the apartment, the nightly rate of over 400 euros seemed somewhat steep. Despite these observations, we do want to emphasize that the apartment's location was perfect for our needs, and that did go a long way in making our stay enjoyable. We hope you take this feedback constructively, as we believe it can contribute to enhancing the experience for future guests.
