  : It has a waterfall shower and a dishwasher (although we didn't need it).
  : The windows don't open more than a centimeter so impossible to access the balcony. It faces directly onto a main road and is really noisy around the clock. There isn't a lift and the stairs are very warn. The jug to boil the water blew up as I used it and burned my hand. When you use the small pot to boil the water it gives off a burning smell and no smoke detector. With no ventilation it caused a problem. The bed is uncomfortable. It was cold and the blankets very thin. The WiFi didn't work and the owner didn't answer my messages to try resolving the problem. In the end we checked out early and went to the Glam hotel for 4 of the 6 nights. It was a complete failure and waste of time and money.

  : Spacious accommodation.
  : Property does not have a reception so if you arrive late, you will have to pick up keys from another hotel (storage place) and pay extra 15 on top.We have done bookings in past with owned flats but they have always accommodated us with preferred time of arrival. The key is usually in a safety box just within the area. For this, we had to walk extra 15 minutes then back again, so took us 30 mins walk just to get the key. Then for check out, you can practically leave the door unlocked as you will have to leave the key inside the room.Stayed 2 nights and no cleaner came in unlike other owned flats.Wont book again and I dont recommend.

  : The location was great really close to everything and the room temperature was always great we never felt cold or hot . It was really equipped with iron and hairdryer and also had a place to dry your clothes if you choose to wash them in the laundry machine..
  : The room was a bit dirty, the floor especially. the spoons and forks we had to clean also the cups and eventually we bought plastic ones. The toilet door was broken and we had to put a shoe to hold it and stay closed from the outside. the beds were okay but the pillows were very uncomfortable and we had headaches throughout the night.

  : The location of the property is good and it is clean. Bed was comfortable.
  : Firstly you have to play some kind of escape rooms to get the key. You have to enter a building and enter your information which takes about 30mins after travelling this is the last thing you need. You then have to catch cab from key collection to the apartment which costs around 30, you can choose to walk but it takes around 30mins so bear in mind if you have luggage. There were only two towels provided throughout the duration of our stay. That is one towel per person. No towel provided to dry your hands in the bathroom, no towel provided for the kitchen area and no towel provided for the bathroom floor and when we asked for extra towels we were told our stay was not long enough to warrant extra towels??? We stayed for two nights. We should at least have a towel to dry our hands at the bare minimum. Nor were extra bedsheets provided we were expected to stay in plummeting temperatures and no instructions on how to use the heating. When searching for extra bedsheets we found dirty linen in a bag at the bottom of the wardrobe and under the sink were very used dirty towels. Also The toilet would not flush properly and when asked if someone could check it we were told to send a video. For hosts I dont find this very attentive. The front door is a task to open and should come with instructions. Also bear in mind there are no oven and microwave facilities at this property so dont buy food that you need to warm up. There are no tea bags provided only coffee, I have stayed all over the world and never had anything like this.
