: There were few unconveniences but had been clarified with staff at the property already. We had an amazing stay and wonderful time. Apartments are chic furnished and with all you need during your stay and even more. The location is perfect, so close to the beach that you don't need to worry about anything.
: There should be some better organisation on the front desk that you know which station refers to your building and maybe somebody who helps with parking space separately.

: I like the apartment's overall design, it felt very consistent. I stayed in another apartment in Dune few months ago (another company and that apartment's design was just too much going on) The apartment's was equipped perfectly, from small details in the kitchen to iron, etc.
: The bedroom's heating/ air condition is not working due to (as we have been informed by host) "architectural mistake". Therefore you rooms gets really cold during Polish winter time. You can open doors to living room and run the heating max, but still it doesn't get very warm in bedroom, this was very strange for such a luxury property, and really disappointing.

: The apartment we stayed in was modern and spacious, and it had all of the amenities you would want. And with the beach only a short walk away it makes for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The resort's restaurant served delicious food and the service was welcoming, although we can only say this about the evening meals. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would welcome another stay in this resort.
: The breakfast delivered to our room was disappointing to say the least and isn't worth the asking price, and to make things worse the buns we got were old. Suffice to say, we avoided their breakfast after that. However, I believe the resort also offers a buffet style breakfast in its restaurant so our advice would be to rather go try that.

: Beautiful apartment in building C, very close to the beach, attractions, and restaurants
: Where do I begin? This is an expensive hotel that markets itself as world class but the service is straight from the communist era. Staff are extremely rude, from the pool guy (who somehow doubles as a security guard and cleaning lady) to the doormen/women. There are a million rules, and the most ridiculous of them all is that not everyone has access to everything. Only folks staying in building A have access to the pool, and the breakfast has to be paid for in advance. The breakfast buffet was a total disaster - constantly ran out of everything, including utensils and coffee. Lastly, this hotel has no regard for Covid. You won't see masks being used or any additional precautions being taken. I did not feel safe here. Overall, I have traveled quite a bit and have stayed at some nice resorts, but this one has a long way to go.
