  : The Property is very good, but we had no excess to the swimming pool, and we had to pay extra for each person which is very high.
  : We didnt like that we had no excess to the swimming pool, and that each person should pay between 20-25 Euro extra for each person for only 90 Minutes which is very high. We went to an Aqua Park family ticket from 10:00 to 22:00h only 35 Euro.

  : The location right behind the beach was very good.
  : From outright lying to huge health risk, they really try to ensure that guests will never come back. First of all - this is not a hotel. It is a resort with privately owned apartments managed by a variety of agencies. That was not clear from the booking.com entries. Plus they used the same pictures for each room, so was not clear what you will truly get. Plus the description included lies, too. Like sea view which was just a balcony in sea direction but behind a full screen of trees. Inside pool was not for free as it looked like but was very expensive. 12 per person, also for babies plus they tried to cheat on the price every time. Lied about overnight price increases, etc.Called upfront and had questions regarding the bed size as we have our baby with us. They told us that bed was king size and that they have measured it. Arrived and it was a pure lie. Bed was at max queen size and of very bad quality. Not at all comparable to standard hotel beds.View was a lie, see above.Parking was included but the garage was a joke. Parking spaces sized up for cars from the 80ies in a fairly new building. Getting in and out of our minuscule slip was an adventure including one person having to stand outside to provide directions. Never seen such a tiny slip within the last 15 years anywhere else.Personel from the agency was nice but helpless. Personel inside the resort was arrogant, rude, unfriendly. Every single one. Especially in the restaurant.Worst thing was that they had Corona mask and social distance rules posted. But NO one, not a single person, neither personel nor guests cared.Restaurant was full to the brim each night, no masks at all, no distance at all with people coming there from different regions and countries. This is the ideal recipe for becoming a second Ischgl.We travel widely and a lot but this was one of the worst experiences ever. Never been treated so unfriendly, never had to worry so much about health before in other locations.Dont go...
