This is a 100% non-smoking property. The penalty of $250 applies for smoking on-site and will be charged to the guest's card on file.

Pets are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs and an additional $250 pet incidentals deposit (per pet) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon successful room inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times.

This property comprises a main building, and an annex building located 0.7 miles (1.1 kilometers) away at 6755 Harding Avenue, Miami Beach. Room assignments are based upon availability at check-in at the main building.

Incidental Hold is $100 per night, during check-in with a major credit card (maximum $500 for any stay over 5 nights).
