  : The best thing about our stay was the view. The beach was in walking distance and everything felt very safe. Everyone was friendly and the aesthetic was modern, simple, and cozy. I love how they provided us with toilet paper towels and laundry detergent for 3 loads.
  : I liked everything about the property my only recommendation would be that they have some sort of full body mirror or any other mirror besides the one in the bathroom. It was hard to see my outfit when there was no mirror.

  : The Monte Carlo condominium was top notch. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Easy check in! Wonderful fitness and lounge area as well as both pool areas were relaxing and clean. Very pretty area to sit back and relax. Easy access to the beach and we always had a chair and umbrella available for us. The attendant was very friendly and greeted us every day with a warm welcome. Public bathrooms were very modern and clean. Our condo was spacious with spectacular views of the Bay and ocean! Kitchen was stocked with essentials for our stay. Washer and dryer in the room is always a plus. They provided us with pods for the washer and dishwasher so we did not have to worry about purchasing ourselves. Nice firm bed with comfortable bedding. Restaurants, shops and grocery store within walking distance.
  : I would recommend updating the furniture to something a little more comfortable. I do wish it had a bit more counter space in the kitchen to prep on but we made it work. Need to add tongs, pot holders and cookie sheet to the kitchen amenities. Toaster seemed to not be working real well. Fresh coat of paint is needed in this unit and an extra light weight blanket as it only had a heavy comforter. Updated balcony furniture that is more comfortable as well.

  : The location is great.
  : The pictures over sold the size of the apartment. The furniture in the apartment is 2nd rate at best, certainly not worth the $900 plus per night rate. I can’t even comment on decor as there is no real decor in the apartment. We were very disappointed with everything except the location considering what we paid per night.

  : Front desk staff was super friendly, the view and beach access is amazing. The only option for parking is the valet and they were great but you go thru a lot of tip money when you’re using the valet several times a day. Area was walking to several restaurants and felt safe for families.
  : Bad was the fact the hot tub closed at sunset, should be open thru 10pm. Also the room needed repairs, the shower ceiling was sagging and water was dripping almost to break thru the drywall. The maintenance guy came in and put a patch on it but we knew the water was still leaking underneath. Also about an hour after we checked in, we got an email that they needed access to the room to replace the AC filter and paint a wall area and replace a door stopper, why wouldn’t they have done all of that before we checked in! We declined it all because we didn’t want fresh paint or dealing with maintenance within an hour of our stay. Also while there the maintenance guy showed up to spray for pests, again weird that they needed to do that while we were there. They give you metal keys which is a security concern if the people before made a copy, and there is no deadbolt on the doors.

  : Common areas were well appointed, including the beautiful lobby, pool areas and lounge. Had a luxurious feel!
  : Room was a bit disappointing, could use a thorough cleaning versus just surface cleaning. Also disconcerting that they posted a notice mid-week that they would be entering the room to treat for cockroaches. We happened to be in the room at the time and the guy came in to spray an odourless “non toxic” spray around the kitchen: “If you see anything, just let the front desk know.” I understand it wouldn’t be uncommon, just unsettling to have it happen during our stay.
