  : The location was about 1 block walking to just about everything. Most importantly the beach.
  : We had a really early flight to Miami so at booking I requested early check in and was instantly denied saying there is no early check in. The problem I have is the fact that this place is apartment building operating as a hotel. Hotels normally will have a option for early check in and you pay a flat fee. Not this place, when I asked upfront they immediately denied my request yet again once I arrived at the airport, I made contact with Aries Living just saying hey if our room is available sooner please let me know because we are here in Miami Airport just camped out. At this time it was about 10am. The check in wasn't until 4pm. I received a response back saying yes it's ready but there is a FEE. If I was to check in between this time and that time it would be 1 price and if I checked in between this time and that time it would be a different fee. Like three different variables of when I can check in early all at different prices. Are you kidding me??? I have a paid reservation awaiting check in asked for early check in at the time of booking and was denied but now you telling me our room is ready for check in but I have to pay almost 1 night stay just to check in a few hours early?? I denied their offer and was told ok you will receive your check in information at 4pm. So the room is sitting available but you that GREEDY to want almost 1 night stay to check in early.. I didn't like this at all. For this reason I will not book again. I think this is a get over. A way to take advantage of people because we were stuck at the airport with our luggage and no place to go for over 6 hours. We made the best of it got breakfast and found a spot in the corner and we all laid on the floor of the airport waiting for a response for when our room would be ready for check in. I uploaded the pictures of us camped out.. Then around 2:45pm I received the check in information. 2:45pm not 4pm so why wasn't there a charge for me checking in before 4pm?

  : There is only one block from South Beach, and close to the best restaurants in Miami Beach, we saved a lot on transportation because we did everything on foot, even though we were with 2 children.We also love the fact that it has a kitchen, so we saved a lot for breakfast; we made quick snacks, because when we arrived from the beach we were very hungry.The fact that they used an electronic lock was excellent, in addition to being very safe, it was easy to enter the patio and bedrooms.The staff are very attentive, I had a problem with my payment, and they were extremely attentive and helped me at all times.

  : RPlace did not look like pictures. Unexpected deposit. Charged for stain on sheet two specs of pizza sauce. Also charged for a crack on a glass no larger than the palm of hand that may have already been there, seeing that the place is old and unkept. There is no leasing office and the stoves must be lit and the unit smelled like gas the entire night. Towels are cheap and scratchy and the shower water back up into tub and Luke warm after making complaints I was notified of said sheets and crack glass. This is no place for families I wouldn't recommend for anyone I was under the impression they don't wash thr sheets and I still didn't recieve my deposit

  : Location! Close to ocean drive about 2 minutes walk.
  : Not safe place is dirty no receptionist no room service. Must open gate and door with a code. We witness 1 person putting his hand over and open the gate to enter. We felt not safe anymore !! Spring from the matress cut my son on his leg. Horrible!!!!

  : The code was sent to my email. Very easy. Great location. There’s a restaurant right next door and Walgreens across the street. The area outside of the room is clean and relaxing. Nice tall trees and shade.
  : The kitchen in our apartment was terrible. Stove was very very old and rusted. Kitchen sink was leaking underneath. Bathroom really needs an upgrade. The bathtub didn’t look good at all. It definitely needs renovation.
