  : Didn’t have main entrance, building seemed abandoned. homeless people sleeping on the elevator the last day we stayed there. building had a disgusting smell. The apartment was just ok.

  : The room was not clean. Stains all over the carpet, crumbs and dirt on the kitchen floor. The unit was advertised as having two bathrooms when it actually only had one. The bed was broken so I could not sit at the edge of the bed. The bed actually caved in more than once and I had to fix it the best I could. I was only given 2 rolls of tissue for 3 days with 6 occupants which was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I had to buy my own tissue, when it should have been provided to me. They gave me a $50 refund for my terrible experience, in which they could have kept. I just wanted a clean and comfortable room. The toilet did not flush and the sink was plugged from day 1. I would not recommend or ever stay here again.

  : I loved how close it was to everything and how it didn’t look like an apartment from outside. The TVs were working properly. The beds were comfortable.
  : The only thing I didn’t like was there was a stench coming from the kitchen sink.

  : great location! right in the middle of everything you’ll need. everything In walking distance. the set up was nice and the staff response time and willingness to work with you was great.
  : it had a smell when I first got there but it was just in the building. it looks dirty until I got into the actual unit. I bought some cleaning supplies and got the smell out. they refunded me a little bit for the smell tho.

  : I liked the location but apart from that, everything else was absolutely terrible! The floors were dirty, the bathtub was dirty and had hair all over it and the owners did not care.
  : I didn't like that a small animal chewed through the ceiling and left poo all over the bed that my children slept in. I also didn't like that when we sent the owner pictures they told us they couldn't "determine" what part of the ceiling that was so they couldn't do anything.They only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 5 days. When we asked for more they said they would bring some and never did. We asked them to clean the floors and they said we should refer to their cleaning checklist as it stated the floors were clean.

  : The birds live in wall and chirped all night and day couldn’t get no sleep, it was a hole in wall that bird poop and different things fell out over our bed, it was a rat dead outside on property, people hung in hallways, the elevator was broke so we had to travel 3 flights with luggage and food from market. I’m requesting a partial refund. I have pictures
