  : No one would answer the front desk phone when ever I called , my shower handle was broke no 1 came to fix it the whole time I was there , I woke up to 2 reached crawling on me in my sleep, my stay there this time was horrible an I use to stay here all the time ,the restaurant staff was very rude this stay ,so I will be taking my business else where next yr

  : Since breakfast was not room service, did not order. But one employee said I would get free breakfast. Another one said no I did not. Did eat dinner though—- took it to room as restaurant/ bar way too noisy. That was the smallest lobster I have ever ate. And there were only 3 scrimp on the linguine.
  : The website said had microwaves in room- did not. Also had a conseige-did not.Also good room service- did not. Also shuttle service to cruise port- did not. I chose this hotel because of these amenities. It was paid for before my trip. And could not see handicap ramp as advertised. I had to beg 2 men to lift me over 5-6 steps, as I am disabled. I will be calling my lawyer as my rights under American Disabled Act have been violated.And the promised deposit of $150.00 has not been returned to me. I will include a picture of the web site. And the shower was cold, which made my pain worse!

  : No windows, room was creepy, the room upon entering was hot and smelly. Maybe keep air on and add room spray.

  : Great location, the room was OK. Staff were friendly.
  : We had booked for 3 adults including breakfast. We were told that breakfast was only for 2 people. This was a disappointment. Happy hour was also disappointing, buy one get one free but the free drink you can't share it, very misleading.
