  : This trip was a real disappointment to us, overall it’s a nice hotel however the staff are extremely rude and the rooms are small. The receptionist acted as though she didn’t want to serve anyone and was rudely on her phone waiting to be spoken to rather than nicely welcoming her new guests, I’ve never had staff seem so uninterested and unhelpful. On top of this, we attended for a special birthday - I’d asked if they could do a little something beforehand, even mentioned it when we got there and then set up balloons and banners ourselves as a final hint but absolutely no effort was made to make it a special day. Even a handwritten note to say happy birthday would suffice but nothing, the worst customer service I have experienced if I’m honest.The room was clean but only set up for 3 when there was 5 of us so we had to chase down extra towels and set the sofa bed up ourselves.They did offer two free bottles of water a day, two bike rentals and a spot on the beach with two sun beds which you pay extra for. This is a nice gesture but when you’re a group of 5 it’s pretty pointless, I mean do 3 people run behind the bikes whilst two pedal? Do they stay parched whilst two people get two measly 500ml bottles of water? For what we paid, I just expected more from Marriot as a brand and really didn’t think it was good value for money. Never had any issues before but wouldn’t stay at this one again.

  : We booked the room for 3 adults and 2 kids and paid the high price for what we thought would be a spacious room. Not it was so uncomfortable it was also filthy, 2 of if ended booking another room at another hotel and our budget was way over. 350$ for a night is definitely way overpriced for what it was and we were so regretful not getting an Airbnb. Reason why I personally dont book Airbnbs over hotels is the cleanliness, but let me tell you after my son walked bare foot for few minutes his feet were disgusting. I’ve stayed at many different Marriotts before but this was definitely the worst one yet.Do not recommend at all. One nice thing about was the location but that’s all..
