  : I was in a great location and it was great value for money. The staff was super nice and friendly.
  : The entire place smells like marihuana. Maybe I am not the target for this place, but me and my family was uncomfortable the entire stay. I had to buy a candle to make the smell go away but it barely helped. There is always people outside smoking and they allow guests to smoke inside the rooms, the smell was too much.

  : We got off ship got to hotel they wouldnt hold our luggage for check in at 3 pm but they were holding luggage for people that were leaving

  : it was advised as a lodge but it was really a Hostel was given the impression that it was part hostel and part mini hotel they were not organized with the room and the was noisy ALL night with the youth laughing and talking right outside our roomIf room had not been clean and suitable for one night it would have been very unhappy

  : Upon arriving at your property on the specified date at 8 am, I was shocked to find that my booking was not in your system, despite notifying at the time of booking that I would be arriving the next day. This oversight caused a significant delay, and I was left waiting for over two hours to be allocated a room. I had to spend considerable time and effort on a lengthy telephone call with booking.com to sort out the issue, which only added to my frustration. Furthermore, I was disappointed to discover that no breakfast was provided during my stay, despite being an expected amenity. This lack of service only added to the overall inconvenience of my visit. The problems did not end there. The room provided to me was situated on the first floor, and there was no lift available to assist with transporting luggage. Climbing up the stairs with all my luggage was an arduous task and was not something I had anticipated when making the reservation. Additionally, I noticed that I was overcharged for the room compared to the initially agreed-upon price during the booking process. This discrepancy was highly unprofessional and concerning. Given the series of issues I encountered during my stay, I believe it is only fair that I receive appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, frustration, and the lack of services I encountered. I trust that your esteemed establishment values customer satisfaction and aims to resolve such issues promptly and professionally. I kindly request that you compensate me for the inconvenience and troubles I experienced during my stay. I believe that an appropriate refund or credit towards a future stay would be a suitable gesture to acknowledge the problems I faced.
