  : The place was clean, it's about a 10 minute drive to South Beach.
  : In my opinion, you're basically paying to see the ocean from your room window. At $877 for 4 nights I excepted more. The room comes with 2 face towels and 2 bath towels (it's $50 if you want additional towels). They did have at least 4 large size towels. The ironing board is broken, it collapsed right in the middle of me ironing (had I burned myself, I would have sued the owner). The refrigerator went out, the shower flow randomly slows causing loss of water pressure while bathing (the sink does this as well). The rusted areas in the room had been painted over as an attempt to make the room look up to date. The thermostat was loose, they used tape to help keep it on the wall. The air conditioner came on whenever it felt like it (it gets warm in the room pretty fast). The on-site bar was not up and running. I've stayed in beachfront locations that was way nicer than this one. I will not book a stay with them again.

  : Loved the location, the condominium is right off the boardwalk. Convenience store in the lobby is very useful. Nicely equipped kitchennete.
  : The smell throughout the place and overall air quality is terrible. Our thermostat was broken, the temperature did not go below 76 degrees, no matter the setting. The fan did not work. So the nights were torturous. The windows did not open, not even a tiny crack to let the fresh air in. Bathroom was dirty, slime around the faucets. Toilet ran.

  : The view is amazing! The pool is huge, and the bike path and ocean are right outside the pool area. The kitchen has a good amount of dishes and pans to cook a little. The full size fridge is great.
  : It’s not possible in this unit, but a balcony or being able to open the windows would improve the property. A couple more beach towels and an umbrella would also be helpful. Also the USB plugs didn’t seem to be in working order in our room. Since the property is a mix of condos, hotel rooms and this sort of rental studio, the building has a bit of a confused feeling.
