  : Quiet location, close to the beach, nice swimmingpool, the atmosphere
  : Not much space in room for suitcases and to dry towels.Constant smell of marihuana.

  : Very rude staff at the front desk. Came back 3 times to check in they didn’t have a room ready. Was told to come at a certain time and they made us wait for a room. Absolutely horrible service

  : Easy access to park directly across the street from beach! Easy walk through a beautiful park! Small pool but big enough to cool off lots of chairs to relax and around the pool
  : Has a major road on one side that can cause a lot of noise, the room that we got was directly across from the ice machine, which I thought was great when we needed ice, but not at 5 AM when someone decided to fill a couple of their coolers and all we heard was the ice machine for about 10 minutes. Not the properties fault. But I wouldn’t want the room across from the ice machine again. We were on the back of the hotel, which did make easy access to get out the gate into the alley behind the hotel to walk over to the beach, but it was a horrible view out our window to see an alley with just construction workers cars parked out there, although there were no issues.

  : Super friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Great value for Miami Beach. Only couple minutes away from the beach and free trolley going all the way to South Beach.
  : Shower was a little clogged and room smelled a little moldy.

Disappointing

  : The location was near restaurants and other places to be. It was quiet.
  : Air conditioner, run by a remote control, smelled like mildew when it kicked on. There was a mosquito in our room, and mold in the bathroom on the walls. It seemed just as humid inside the building as it was outsixe, and there didn’t seem to be moisture control measures being taken inside.
