  : The photos, when booking, indicated a harbour view, and we paid a little more for this, but the view was the roof next door... very disappointing!

  : I didn't know until after booking that the bar and restaurant were closed for the season. It was dark and not very inviting staying there alone. Also, no breakfast, so I think the price was too high.

  : Cramped, moving around the bed a bit of a squeeze. Restaurant/bar downstairs closed.

  : The location and view was fantastic,;the bed was very comfortable and I slept really well and largely, the room had everything I needed
  : I booked the room with breakfast included, but it wasn't - the pub is currently closed and no breakfast or substitute of any kind was offered. Also the shower tray had multiple short, dark, curly hairs all over it and one of the 3 windows was filthy, in spite of the easy access to clean inside and out by simply opening the window. Finally when I contacted the owner directly to report these issues, he was extremely abrupt and unhelpful - even disbelieving in regard to the cleanliness - and insisted that as the confirmation informed me that breakfast would not be included, or available, that my expectations were unreasonable. But it was non-refundable, and after the transaction was completed.

  : The location was brilliant and the very small room was clean . However the entrance was unkept . I felt I sacrificed space for location but it was worth it to wake-up in a prime location
