  : Beautiful gem of a cottage right in the centre of Mevagissey, and benefitting from all the amenities, beaches and access to the coastal paths. Beds very comfortable. Everything has been considered and provided in the cottage.
  : The stairs up to the double bedroom in the loft were very steep and not suitable for limited mobility. This was challenging for our group - grandparents, couple with a baby and one more disabled adult - and theres no mention of it in the descriptions. Courtyard would be even better with seating and a few pot plants.

  : Position is very handy, seconds from harbour. Louise the lady who cleans the property went above and beyond to help us when through car problems our holiday got off to a bad start. Very kind person.
  : The back yard had weeks of rubbish and bottle box overflowing. Shame it wasnt like other cottages along Cliff road which had a small bench or somewhere to sit. Also something needs doing about the putrid fish and chip shop bins opposite. The stench is unbearable and even other neighbours we sticking notes on bins. You couldnt open any windows as cottage would full with smell. Shower stopped working on several occasions, just boiling water no cold. Pot luck if it started working again. Maintenance desperately needed on property.
