  : there was a wedding on so were put in the courtyard building. room was extremely hot even with a portable air conditioning unit. nice walk to breakfast when dry but wouldn’t of been nice if raining

  : Very nice location with good parking. Nice food in the bar. Woman at the reception desk was helpful. Room was comfortable.
  : When we arrived, the key to the building door did not work and I had to walk back from the parking lot to the reception to get it changed. Then when we checked out at 9AM the next morning, the building was again locked and my key did not work. The maid told me that they lock you out at 9AM (check out time). Unfortunately, I still needed to grab my purse from the room at 9:01! Our room was on the third floor with no elevator and I could not take everything down the stairs at once. So I had to spend 15 minutes finding someone to let me in to the building to get my purse. Very weird to say the least. Or they should at least tell you they were going to do that so I could have gotten my purse out by 8:59!

  : Beautiful location, peaceful, even with a wedding taking place, with amazing scenery for a perfect relaxing weekend. All staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Will return again. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice and beautiful terrace to sit and eat whilst enjoying the views
  : Only grumble is the evening menu was limited and even then there was one thing not available

  : Close to Henley and right on the River Thames. Comfortable and clean - nice breakfast with plenty of delicious fruit. Clean, modern rooms in the grounds of the historic Henley Business School grounds. Rooms well appointed - there was even an iron and ironing board in the room.
  : We had some plumbing problems and had to move rooms… we were there at the weekend and so housekeeping were not available. We moved rooms because the toilet didn’t flush properly and the second room we had also had problems with our shower temperature being hard to regulate. My father in another room couldn’t get the tap to be hot enough to shave. The rooms where breakfast was served were rather corporate and had low ceilings with no view. Luckily we were able to take our breakfast out onto the beautiful terrace but the route to get there from the buffet was tortuous to say the least!

  : Room was very comfortable and clean. The setting is wonderful - classic buildings and classy manicured lawns by the river. Excellent breakfast included!
  : Out of your control but 25 pounds taxi fare from Henley was a total rip off!
