  : The Manager, Ryan was extremely friendly and went as far as he could to make my stay comfortable. He met me in the ar park and showed me to my room giving me a potted history of the pub and surroundings which was interesting. He gave me fresh milk in a jug which I appreciated. The room was very nice with an excellent bathroom with shower, very well appointed especially given such an old building. The bed was comfortable and I liked the white dressing gown and other hospitatlity facilities.
  : Unfortunatley I booked to stay here three months ago and since I booked, the hotel has had to shut its restaurant facility due to a sink hole opening up in the car park. Whilst this is not at all the fault of the hotel, I would have preferred to have been notified as soon as it happened so that I could stay elsewhere. I would have liked to have a drink in the bar and to have had some breakfast the next day. Also as |I was checking out the next day, water came through the ceiling from the bathroom above me. The road outside was noisy but again that is not the fault of the pub.

  : Ryan, who we met on arrival was so attentive and helpful. He provided information on the surrounding area as well as a history of the Dog and Badger. He also made some recommendations for food both in Marlow and in Henley. The room we stayed in was sympathetically restored with luxurious bathroom fittings and lighting. The doors we extremely low, which added to the quirkiness of the property.
  : Unfortunately the pub and restaurant were closed due to an unforseen maintenance issue with the car park, which was a little disappointing but we still very much enjoyed our accommodation.
