  : The location is right in the center of the town in an old building with high roof. You just cross the street and reach the Kolonade park and in 5 minute slow walk find the mineral water springs. At the downstairs it is a minimarket were you can find a lot of food and beverages.
  : The kichen has basics facilities including microwave, but not a real oven. The dishwasher is somehow blocked on the economy program and it was out of order. The owner bring a man that repair it, but only the economy program works. The apartment was unheated before our arrival and it takes a couple of days to reach a confortable temperature. The heater in the bedroom was working just half of the capacity and because of the high ceiling it was cooler then the living. In the description of the facilities was mentioned a laundry washing machine that it didn't find it, the owner has told us that is out of order and will not be repaired until we were there. Maybe the other apartment of the property has a washing machine, but we can't wash our laundry during the stay.
