  : Nice quiet location, easy to access with a key code.
  : Little things that should be fixed, but weren't a big deal: master bath toilet didn't always flush on first try, as the tank didn't fill. It needs a fix. outside porch light didn't work. probably just needs a new bulb. clock on wall needs a new batter.

  : The property is outstanding. Clean, vibrant beach colors and themed condo. Beds were super excellent as were the sheets/comforters! (High quality and extremely cooling fabrics) The location is within walking distance to many shops, wonderful restaurants and scenic areas. Within an easy drive of the marina (for renting a boat/pontoon) which is only 1 mile away.
  : The toilet in the master bathroom is unacceptable. There is a tapped message above the handle that says: "Hold handle down till toilet is completely flushed. I had to plunge it twice, and it's ridiculous that they don't just have maintenance get a new part for the bowl (water doesn't rise as it should, and sometimes doesn't fill at all) so that you don't have to do that. In this type of place, a "message" atop the toilet bowl is most unacceptable. Fixing it would most likely alleviate the need to have the plunger setting out (place it back under the cabinet) so that you can quickly grab it when it doesn't flush. One other thing is that there was no bar soap or shower gel for washing. We didn't bring our own bar soap. A box of Kleenex in at least one location throughout the house would be nice. The light on the porch was burnt out and the clock has not been reset to reflect the recent time change. (it was too high up for us to change it) Not real big issues though, except for the toilet.

  : room was nice and roomy
  : wasn't told pool was unusable. still waiting for a response to my refund request. still waiting to hear if the water was drinkable. still waiting to know where we could swim. requested refund info, in case it was needed, told a week before arrival there was no reason for a refund and it was too late for a refund, when I booked, it said I could have a refund up to the day before.
