  : The view, dock, and good location. The drive to Naples wasn't that bad. It is good for the price but again they just need to update the appliances, provide more lighting in the shower to see at night, and get a bed frame and better mattress.
  : The facility pool close really early. The appartment fridge is older than 30 yrs, make too much noise. Most of appliance are out dated at night you can see in the shower, it's so dark. The mattress and bed are very uncomfortable, The recliner in the living is a good touch only if it was newer, it looks older than the fridge. There were ants every where around the stove. Didn't have any beach supplies except towels, some times you have to carry to many stuff to go to the beach. So, no beach wagon, no chairs and no umbrella. If you are flying from another place you cant pack all that beach stuff. The apartment is good if you have a boat since they have docks and marina but, not sure how that works. We have stayed from Naples to Macro Island and the owners of the condo always supply beach stuff and basic everyday supplies.

  : It was clean and the area stayed very cool for us considering most places in that type of heat don’t stand up to the challenge. I liked the balcony area as well.
  : It had some electrical issues on the balcony that caused the outside fan and light not to work. It seemed like a old folks retirement area. The bathroom window leaked water even though it was shut and locked. The rules you have to follow and do before leaving are very detailed and a little over the top considering you are on vacation. You basically have to clean the place before the maids clean the place. If it’s not done they charge you more money with out your consent. You are not told about any of this. You have to take the time to look at a folder or binder that is in the apartment when you get there. You are not told to do so but the binder is just sitting on the kitchen counter. They will charge you for every extra load of laundry or dish they have to clean.
