: it wasnt cleaned before our arrival, the whole place is a health & safety hazard with plug sockets & lights hanging from walls & ceilings. there was an overflowing bucket of water underneath the boiler which constantly added to the smell of damp in the whole villa. the staff just were not concerned about any of tbe issues when raised to them

: close to marbella town, walking distance to beach and eaterys ect
: where do we begin! property was very musty and needs a lot of attention! but that was good in comparison to the 3 am wake up call our familygot from a gang of over 10 men trying to break down the front door and get in threatening our family and demanding money from the owner of the house who apparently has debts with them! this continued for over 2 hours and we could only find numbers for local police station who were closed very scary and have it on video as evidence however on approaching the company first thing the next day they assured us they would contact police and owner but now seems they did nothing and are threatening to sue us if we write this review ! we obviously didnt sleep the second night out of fear they would come back , no partial refund or change of Villa offered and only threats from what seemsto be a very unprofessional company ever since. from looking at other reviews on here would seem that is the general way they work if you question anything regarding their company, seems to be your fault not theirs! *DO NOT USE *all of this has also been put forward in complaint to booking.com and we are in contact with the police on why this was not reported by the company after assuring us it was , the company seems to think it is not in relation to the owner and not their problem but I question whyif there was nothing to hide this was not made a police issue as promised.
