  : The location was fantastic and the apartment itself more spacious than anticipated. Communication with the owners was super easy and clear and they were very accommodating with check in/out times and luggage storage. Kitchen had a good stock of utensils and there was a nice touch of the basics of salt, pepper, oil, etc. Very close the the centre of Marbella. Also it was nicely cleaned!
  : The water pressure is fine in the shower, but you had to make sure no one else was using the water in the apartment when you were in it. Not that annoying, really, but something to know before you have a shower.

  : The host communication was always friendly, fast and competent. The appartment size for 4-6 people and the central location near to shops and beach was great.
  : When the appartment was build new very likely all was perfect and in good shape, but during our visit we had to detect and inform the host EaW Homes already on day 2 of 4 about defects and uncleanliness. Impression was that appartment have not seen much maintenance in the past. Defect boarddoor in washroom below handwash, in shower no satisfying water pressure and water stands an hour on floor before leaving, robewards build to slim, difficult to hang blusons or jackets in, door mechanism of bathroom and livingroom not in order, everybody wakes up when you use at night, dishwasher in kitchen was mechanically not connected with board where in, so device moves when you touch it, dishwasher had failure mode, not usable, all markises at living and sleeping room not maintained, you need to open window and pull down by hand once they were up, refridgerator in kitchen ugly dirty with black spots already when you open the seperate bottle door on right side, windows to street side not cleaned/dirty, one lamp in sleeping room broken, other one extremly dirty. We were expecting that at least the not flowing away water problem in bath and the dirty fridge with black spots would be fixed after we named it to host company on day 2, but nothing happened beside a sorry until we left after 4 days. This brought disapointment to all of us.

  : it was Nice but just one towell for 3 dass..iam waiting since two weeks for refund my deposit or 200! and i dont cet answer from the owner thats terrible

  : The location is perfect if you want to be close to the centre of Marbella and close to the beach. Apartment is very spacious with two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
  : Beds in kids room were not comfy as the one in main bedroom. The sounds in the building are pretty loud, as there were no parties or something, but we could hear the guy upstairs even snore and almost every word from the neighbours .
