  : The room was fine although shower broken
  : Hotel in darkness when I arrived. Young girl 8ish game me a key when I shouted into the empty and dark reception area. Told her father back soon. ! rang constantly through evening but no reply to find out about accessing Hotel on my return. Left early the dinner was attending as worried about not being able to get in. Finally someone answered and said door was open all night. Spoilt my visit.

  : There was not breakfast. This was not really a reflection on the Hotel, as others who stayed in another hotel nearby also did not provide breakfast. It seems that there is a staff shortage in the area at the moment.
  : More space in the bedroom. We had to squeeze past our suitcases to get to the bathroom.

  : There's a restaurant below and guests are allowed to bring the hotel food up, but are not allowed to get deliveries from other places. Good workout bringing up your luggage because there is no lift
  : Provided room didn't match the descriptions. The room is a lot smaller, the toilet and shower was across the corridor and not in the room and accessible for everybody. The few parking spaces were all full when we arrived and when we checked later. We left disappointed and went to a different hotel. The location is way outside of Mannheim but there are trams and buses running. Stairs up to the rooms are a bit tight to bring up bigger luggage
