  : Location Location Location.....At extremely shots notice, we stayed in room 10. Although one of the none refurbished room. The spectacular views made up for this. The catering didn't dissapoint either. We enjoined various meals throughout the day, all very good. The staff where all very professionally and helpful. One member of staff we'd like to mention is Kamila. (I hope iv remembered her name correctly). As part of a very good team, she stood out making are stay a very enjoyable experience, Always happy, smiling and rushing around making sure everything was clean and tidy and guests wanted for nothing.... We will book again and we will ask for room 10... Great job

  : Comfy bedMade an effort by leaving two small cakes in room as a greeting. Problem was it, was left in a boiling hot room with a fly in it!!??
  : TV bad reception, worst bathroom I've seen in 25years, a broom cupboard with black mould, so dated.Whole place is old and tired.Noisy at rear bedrooms, bins being moved at 5am , dogs barking at 10.30am. Bad breakfast in a room that felt like a chapel of rest! People complaining as l left. I have no idea how it got it's rating. Think twice.

  : The room was small and the decor throughout is very dated. The bathroom was ok at best. The food was good, but expensive for dinner.

  : Lovely place, we got such a warm welcome and great service for our entire stay! There were some lovely touches and nothing seemed too much trouble.
  : The weather had got warmer, and the room was quite warm and stuffy with no air-conditioning or a fan. However, windows did open wide in room and bathroom (also to be aware if you have small children though as it goes out to a flat roof top)

  : The bar closed at 10 pm ok there were no other customersRoom was clean and tidy and well maintained, however the plumbing in the bathroom was very last centuryWalk in showers are a must these days NOT showers in the bathUs 80 year olds have great difficulty getting our limbs over a high bath and then having to lean down to knee height to operate the taps without the aid of some sort of handrailBoth sets of taps on basin and shower were antiquated being each controlled separately for flow and temperature Very poor ergonomics
