Good

: The location is amazing!!!! It was clean and the equipment was good
: Located in a very old building, we could hear the neighbors through the walls, and the reception was in another building which was inconvenient as we had heavy luggage. A bit overpriced.

: It was very convenient and would have been great for a longer stay-I only needed one night but was stillhappy to have the small kitchen and laundry. Great decor, and comfortable.
: I didnt love the idea having to check in at a different building but it turned out to be just a few minutes walk and in the end was fine. It seemed a lot longer when I thought the address for the apartment I had was near Plaza de Espana and instead it was near Grand Via.

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: The location is extremely convenient, the heater works well, and the room size was perfect for one person.
: Both the building to check-in and the hotel building have a flight of stairs before the elevators. This was not indicated in their intro email and I was not warned about it with the hotel building when I checked in. I travel alone and for medical reasons, and this was especially difficult since I had two huge suitcases and a heavy carry-on. I didn't expect to be carrying them all up some stairs, so I didn't distribute the weight in a more even way. I ended up aggravating a shoulder and neck injury from October because of this. The utensils were unwashed and dirty, which made me reluctant to cook and made me mistrust the bathroom's cleanliness. And the walls are thin enough that I had to hear my neighbors having sex the first night.
