  : Location was brilliant, just off Gran Via. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and cleaned everyday. Staff were very nice and helpful.
  : At first we thought the room felt a little small but soon realised that it was perfect for our needs during a city break!

  : Bed and lighting was well done, appears recently renovated.
  : A/C did not work, kept pushing out warm/hot air. Had to have window open (no screen) for the night. Bathroom door shouldve been a pocket door since theres barely any space to go from the toilet to bed. Bar was not staffed, hotel reception had to help.

  : The local is about a block off the Gran Via, near a lot of shopping and restaurants. It's also close enough to many attractions that you that you can walk; the royal palace, Retiro Park, Plaza Mayor, the Prado. The staff was very nice. We were able to check in early and they let us store our luggage after check out which really allowed us to fully utilize all our time in the city. The room was very clean and the windows opened allowing us fresh air when we wanted it. The windows also were amazing in their ability to keep our street noise. The rooms aren't huge but we were there to see the city; even so we did have a small table and 2 chairs in addition to our bed.
  : We would stay here again, but I would love it if they could improve the quality of their pillows. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very insubstantial. They also do not provide a sheet, only a duvet which made it difficult to control your temperature. The quality of their towels was somewhat subpar, very thin & scratchy and not changed during your stay. The bathroom has no venting and a minimal wall for showering which allows water to go everywhere. They were no extra towels so trying to clean up the water was a challenge. These are minor complaints but improvements would make the stay even better.
