  : Logistics of entering the apartment too complicated, the app provided for entry doesnt properly work and would not let you inside before you finish a complicated procedure of registering, there is a damages deposit required even though I paid in advance with card, and the information about that was provided only in spanish via email, also took a long time to return deposit. Refused to accept cash deposit.

  : Modern, comfortable and spacious 5 bedroom apartment. Tastefully decorated.Great location in the old town.Good air conditioning during the heatwave and hot water.Fridge, freezer, coffee machine, TV with Netflix etc.Nice balconies overlooking the street below.Excellent value for money, especially with a group.Ease of access - front door and apartment door can be opened via the app and there was also a set of physical keys once inside the apartment. The app requires that you photograph passports/ID and take some selfies before checking in, there is also a separate deposit which needs to be paid, I recommend doing this prior to arrival for a smooth experience - this will be communicated via email anyway. The app also contains useful information and FAQs.Deposit was refunded in a timely manner a couple of days after departure.
  : There is no elevator which is something to be conscious of if you have difficulty with staircases.There was no washing machine in the apartment.There was some construction noise on the road outside adjacent property one of the mornings.No apartment numbers on the doors.

  : Our suite was perfect, 4 of us stayed there but there is definitely enough room for 8 people to enjoy their time comfortably. The contact with the property was smooth and as long as you manage the online app check-in ahead of time - there is no hiccups. There was enough towels, some toiletries, air con worked well, location is great! Fully recommend!
  : iron could use an upgrade, otherwise all perfect!

  : It is located in a touristic area, near the Plaza de Mayor. It's clean and has a lot of facilities.
  : Almost all the doors were creacking quite loudly.. The soundproofing is not great.
