  : Good size apartment 1 bedroom one bathroom RM 25 in central Madrid
  : Asked to pay before we even arrived as machine was broken but were arriving during reception hours anyway - poor startStaff not overall welcoming nor throughout our stay.Location is a bit seedy. The night time noise especially is why we have to rate this one so low.Room is not soundproof directly above a supermarket, lots of police sirens and rubbish bins on road directly below so rattle of bottles throughout the night. Need to address this as major issue.

  : It's a very large apartment for the city
  : The environment of the apartment is not pleasant. At the entrance to the building there are a lot of homeless people and unpleasant types. It doesn't feel safe.The check-in experience was not successful either. We arrived late, and they told us that there was nothing to worry about and we would check in at the machine. When we landed, I received a message that the machine is not working, so I had to pay immediately at the link they sent. Otherwise, I won't be able to enter the apartment. It is cumbersome and unpleasant to deal with it an hour before arriving to the apartment at the airport.After all this is said, the apartment is fine, needs more maintenance

  : Location was walking distance to everything, spacious, very clean, AC was great.
  : The park and street in front was always busy with police and people getting in trouble, it was a bit weird.

  : The second shower has no pressure and instead of one Queen or twin bed they had two double beds put together

  : Great location and very comfortable. Two big bedrooms and a large bathroom.
  : Very noisy neighbours upstairs. Kids running around and screaming. I did complain to reception and they werent so bad next day
