  : Good location in the Chamber part of Madrid, less than 5 minutes walk from the Alonso Martnez Metro station.The bed was comfortable. Nice, powerful shower.
  : The pillows were uncomfortable. The air con was barely functioning. Its quite noisy, as the sound proofing is minimal at best.

  : We arrived late at night, we writed a message to the hotel to inform about our late arrival. But , arriving at the hotel at 2AM night, it was closed. The phone nr. displayed on the door, at first answered something in spanish and hang out, the second time just turned off the phone. As a result , stayed outside on the steps for 2 hours until 4AM when another hotel resident came by and opened for us the door. After that, waited till 7 AM for the reception to come , and she said that tjey don't have our reserved room available!!! Waited for another 2 hours to free a room

  : Ground floor apartment, very noisy. No staff at night. Some people were hitting the entrance door at 3 am. I would not recommend this accommodation if you want to sleep.

  : good location, close to the metro station
  : Breakfast is not served in the hotel but in a nearby bar where the offer is very poor, not enough seating, sometimes we had to wait and the staff doesn't understand English. The walls in the hotel are too thin and you can hear all the communication from the neighbouring rooms

  : The location. Metro, bars, lovely neighborhood.
  : Receptionist doesnt speak English. Inside the room, there was a broken window, broken air conditioning, you can hear the other rooms so it might awake you. You have dishes but without a scotch.
