  : aside from the fact that the rooms look like hospital wards,they do not bring water, tea or coffee to the room, and the only thing they serve on breakfast is over fried churros and cold overdone eggs, there was a particular situation that just outshined everythingAfter the cleaning, the housekeeping forgot to close the door to our room and the door to our room has been held open from early morning until 10pmWe came back to the hotel at 10 pm only to find the door to our room spread open. We had open luggage, money, expensive jewelry, handbags, documents such as passports, laptops and just generally our stuff in the room. Welcome everyone and take whatever you need!We went to the reception where they tried to gaslight us into thinking its us who didnt close the doorHow couldve it been us if the cleaning came after we left? And when we came back the room was cleaned and the door was openedWe explained this at the reception but the receptionist Marta just kept telling us that it was us who probably forgot to close the doorWhen we asked who cleaned our room she said she doesnt know. What kind of hotel doesnt know which employee is assigned to which room? That was obviously a lieThen we asked for cameras- they said we dont have cameras on the floors. Great! If something happens it this hotel- be sure you wont find out what happened since they dont have camerasAfterwards they assured us that the next day(the day were leaving) one of their specialist will come and figure out through the system who was the person who opened the door and didnt close it, they promised that the manager Gabriela will come with the specialist to our room at 8AM the next dayguess what?

  : Clean comfortable room with fridge, safe, iron, hairdryer and tea tray. Location excellent Staff really pleasant and helpful Breakfasts lots of choice and really nicely laid out and the best coffee ever - also best DIY toaster ever
  : In our room there were several sockets to use BUT were all almost at ground level underneath the shelf unit holding the tea tray and we had to get down on our knees to plug anything in. Also how in 2024 can a modern hotel not have any USB sockets for charging lap tops, phone etc - my husband has a cochlear implant which needs charging every night and the lack of USB sockets caused him anxiety so we had to borrow one from reception and then buy others so we could both keep our items charged - a big let down!!
