  : see above: you owe me full reimbursement for nights stay - arrived in town late at night with no reservation & had to wake up a neighboring motel attendant to ask for a room for my son & me.

  : Nothing. The room was cleaned poorly. The pipes were frozen, so we had no sink, shower or toilet to use. The room phone wasnt connected so we couldnt call the front desk to speak to them about it. They told us they would refund us our money. Terrible
