  : breakfast buffet was great.
  : The room felt a bit dated. Super kind to put the beds in for the children in the family room, but there is paint missing on the corner above one of the beds, potentially from children/ adults hitting their heads off the low angle sharp corner. Also the tv in the room didn't work at all. not a big issue as we got there late, but would have imagined it to be a quick check when cleaning room that it still works.

  : The location.
  : Some of the facilities within the spa (60) were not working.I also really didn't like that there were not many night staff. I was on my own in my room and until 5am, there was a group of men smoking cannabis (fire risk) and running around the corridors in just their underwear. They also were hammering on my door and shouting abuse. I was on edge as a solo woman traveller. (My partner booked the room). I didn't sleep a wink! So much for a relaxing stay. I phoned reception many many times to no avail. Eventually a man did answer and came up to talk to them. Just talk. It didn't make much difference. When i told reception about this when I checked out they were not interested. Eventually I got a refund only 25% off just my room. I spent quite a bit of money there! Other ladies in my party were charged twice for rooms and more than once at the bars! Just so bad.

  : This establishment was located in a beautiful setting with historical charm that evokes beauty. The spa facilities were great..staff helpful and the quality of the food amazing..! However some parts of the hotel needed some upgrades, carpet where my room was allocated was grim..tripped up a few times on a raised slope which I did not see coming, no bath which I personally look forward to... The silk flowers throughout the reception area and dining room etc..did add some colour and vibe, but in all felt there was room for improvement. Shall return again one day in hope's these little hiccups are addressed.Breakfast bang on.. xx
  : Unforseen slopes under carpet, tripped a few times.Room 136 had no bath, which disappointed me. Would like to have used the pool...fully booked. Nxt time do thing's differently...otherwise loved it xxx

  : Very good reception and dining area , we didnt use the spa area, We walked around the grounds which were very pleasant
  : The bedroom was clean comfortable but very tired and in need of some modernising
