  : What can you like if you can't sleep because of noise issue and the hotel ignores you completely?
  : I feel like this is the only way to draw your attention to a complain I made over email. It was sent to the front desk email and reservations email. Booking.com also sent you a complaint on my behalf as I booked through them. They told me (after almost 1 week of waiting) that you don't respond. On Wednesday I have spent hours trying to reach the front desk on the phone. Your stuff just doesn't pick up the phone. I will start putting the worse possible reviews about your so-called hotel everywhere until you pay attention. Please open your mailbox for once and look for a complaint from Damian McCabe who stayed at your property from 24 June to 26 June (cause he left 2 nights earlier) and refund the money for the last 2 nights of his stay. Problems - No communication from the hotel, no attempts made to solve a problem, not responding on the phone, not responding emails, not possible to sleep due to noise issues if you're unlucky enough to get a room facing the side where they have delivery trucks unloading goods from 4am in the morning.

  : 1 member of staff called Ian who worked in barneys. Fabulous member of staff and a realcredit to Barneys. He is the only member of staff who acknowledged my 6 year old son the whole time we were there.
  : The room was dirty and had ripped furniture with stains all over , there are no robes in your for the spa which u receive at budgets hotel spas and no fridge in ur room. There was absolutely zero view from the windows just an old roof, the windows where also foggy and wouldn’t close or lock. the bathroom was dated and the room was classed as a king lux suite, it was literally a just a room. When entering the spa we were told there was no robes available for us right now to come back in half an hour, they didn’t offer any information on treatments or offer a us package. The spa staff didn’t offer me flip flops or a bag for my stuff my partner had to ask when I noticed other people had been given them. The changing room was filthy and piles and piles of robes and towels on the floor as you 1st walk in the changing room. However lots of available staff standing around at reception. There was also a wedding going on while we were there and had to walk through the guests in reception each time to get to get to our room it was busy and manic, not a relaxing at all. We nearly ruined the couples pictures walking into their shot near the lake at back Of hotel taking our son to see the ducks and geese. Overall we was unhappy with the whole experience this was a Father’s Day treat and our son has been really poorly the last year so we wanted to do something special as a family. Just really sad toBe honest. We wouldn’t stay here again.
