: It was very clean in the room and outside.
: - Hidden costs which were made available after booking (swimming pool and kids area is extra pay).- after paying for 4h for the SPA area, and enjoying 30 min of swimming, my daughter (4 years old) became hungry. We were told that you cannot have any food inside, we cannot order and we cannot go outside without paying again for the entry when coming back. This was strange especially since I paid for 4h and I was ok losing 1h or more while going outside, eating and coming back even for another hour of swimming.this really felt like a rip-off taking into consideration that I paid and was ok with losing the time while going outside.- NO WI-FI : it was impossible to read my emails or let my daughter watch anything since there was no WI-FI and on Roaming it can be pretty expensive with a foreing sim card. I called the reception to complain about the wi fi and that there is no connection just to be told that I am not the only one having this problem. No alternative or call back ever happened.- In case of early departure (before breakfast) there is no way you can get a coffee. ( Even if I told the reception that I would leave early and if there is a way to get a coffee before my long drive, I was told that there is no option and also no alternatives.- the Rooms were extremely noisy - you could hear the others snoring.
