  : Restaurant staff next door very pleasant and the blonde young lady and the tall young man at breakfast was really nice as well
  : The hotel was overrated and overpriced, feeling more like a 2-star rather than a 4-star establishment. I am giving a 2-star rating mainly due to the kindness of some staff members. The rooms were traditionally decorated and tasteful, with AC but no remote, and the heating was excessive. We tried to contact reception, but the phone wasn't even plugged in. The breakfast was very poor, and when few rooms were occupied, the buffet was replaced with just an omelette. Despite our 4-night stay and requesting room cleaning, it didn't happen. When I raised this issue during check-out, the staff member argued rather than being sympathetic about the lack of towels for 4 days. On a positive note, the food in the restaurant next door was nice and traditional. Overall, I believe this hotel should invest in customer service training for frontline staff. I will not be returning.
