  : The service on the phone was kind and helpful. we were contacted about the room we booked needing repairs and offered another room instead.
  : When we arrived, the room cleanliness was not up to what we were expecting and the time for someone to come to correct this was too slow (more than 1.5 hour).

  : Room only, booked this last minute as was staying at Hotel Sofitel, Lyon for 2 nights which was recommended to us by an acquaintance who booked it for us and thus we stayed up on his recommendation. Sofitel is far from a 5* hotel - lovely lobby but don't let that assume its the same throughout the hotel, despite modern and contemporary the rooms are not. They are old and really need a reconstruction. Back to MiHotel, I literally booked this the prior afternoon - needed somewhere central near to my friends. Got the instructions though the payment mode to the MiHotel Comte was not so straight forward - in the end I got there and the details for accessing the accommodation were given. The apartment was easy to find but the the electronic access took a bit of time to work out. Accommodation was spacious, had everything you needed if you wanted to have a bit of self catering. Ample room.
  : Only issue was the WIFI/TV and entertainment - I remember some difficulty as had to connect the system myself and in the end I have up on the WIFI which wasn't working. Luckily I had my own data service. I gave a lower rating for facilities as wifi is quite an important thing to have. Other than that the rating for the apartment would be higher not withstanding the wifi.

  : The room was on the second floor and we didnt know previously that there was no elevator. The room does not have a window just a velux on the roof

  : The fuses kept tripping out when the heating was on, the television had to be reconnected every day but never did work properly so gave up in the end. Our first time in a hotel with no reception and a person on the end of the telephone was not the best help with the tv and the problems with the access code.

  : Tiny room, sloppy environment. Appreciated that this is a self-check in structure but we tried to contact the office at the provided phone number a couple of time before our arrival without getting any answer.

  : I liked the look and feel of the chosen furniture and decoration. The fireplace is certainly a great asset (we didnt use it as it was 30 degrees). The spacious room, nice shower as well as the good internet connection make it a well suited place to stay for a city trip. Great neighborhood and centrally located.
  : There was some garbage left in the bathroom and there was very little room to put any stuff. There is only one big relaxing chair to sit on but no proper table to sit on to work or to have breakfast. They serve a breakfast from a takeaway place that served a lot but it had nothing to do with breakfast and they didnt offer us to choose (e.g. a sandwich with salmon that went to waist). The water cans in the room were not complementary which is a shame in a region where tab water isnt great.
