  : First of all, I think this is an apartment made with great care, but unfortunately, when I arrived, it should be received by the landlords daughter or a friend. The entrance did not give me any information about the use of the Internet, the induction cooker, and even the access control. I asked her for the password. Just opening the door is just a sentence, how much should you pay me. . . . For a high-rated apartment that pays attention to details, it really shouldnt receive customers like this. Secondly, at about 9 oclock in the morning, I was sleeping, and the landlord disturbed me with a message that asked me when to leave. I thought, It is clearly stated that check-out is at 12 oclock. Is it necessary to send a message asking when to leave on Saturday morning when the guest is sleeping soundly? At least its very impolite. Before I leave, I clean the kitchen. Net, including the dishes are cleaned, and the towels used in the bathroom are put in the washing tub. After I left, the landlord suddenly sent a message asking me if you took away some of our towels. You really shouldnt ask the guests like that. The premise is that you have carefully checked where the used towels are placed. Since there is a washing bucket, shouldn't it be opened to see. . . Im not the type to write bad reviews easily, but this kind of behavior really shouldnt happen, even though Im very polite and apologize after replying, no one will take your communal towel, and its not possible to have a specific check-out time on weekends. It seems polite in the situation, but actually urges to check out, hoping that later people can understand the politeness on the surface without actual service. Even though the apartment is clean, I can't give praise to this offensive behavior. .

  : Everything was as described - very nice inner environment, comfortable facilities, everything functions normally. Easy reachable, markets nearby.
  : No outside hotel signs. It would be better to place some indications the hotel entrance nearby. Don't be frustrated with the outer appearance of the building, inside everything is nice, as described.

  : It was a well-equipped apartment in a nice neighbourhood. There are some groceries and coffee shop in short walking distance. It is on the mid way between the main railway station and the town. Both ways it's about 1.5-2km walking distance, you can choose to walk through Ivan Franko park on your way to the old town. Apartment was clean and had an inner yard view, so the tram on the street wasn't heard there. Apartment has a little kitchenette with all you might need during a short stay. We got towels changed in the mid of our 10 nights stay. We had good warm blankets, comfortable bed and pillows, and pleasing clean bedding there. We had smooth and friendly communication with the owner/manager via a messenger, the cleaning lady we met also was nice and friendly.
  : Some notices that didn't had much impact, but would be nice to consider when you are going to book: I would say it was tight fit for a family of 2 with a little child, I would pick something bigger if going for longer or with more people. It was slightly dark on autumn mornings as it is located on the ground floor. Walking to a city center takes about 20 min, so you need to consider that you will spend about 40 min a day for a walk, if you do not plan to use a transport (there is a tram to the city center passing by, I guess the stop is somewhere nearby). Also because of the ground floor is was quite humid (although no mold), you should constantly ventilate the room to keep a comfy level. About 3-4 nights before our check-out some neighbours checked-in, I don't know if they were so loud or the walls were so thin, but it was almost possible to distinguish the words they are saying (I guess you could if you want). That was a bit annoying.

  : The apartment is comfortable, well equipped with nice stay for a week, clean and has great terrace. the kitchen area is just right for bomb shelter now (it has two walls rule)

  : Appartment is located close to city center and train station. It was perfect for us. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Contactless check-in and check-out was very convenient. Wi-fi worked well. We also benefited from washing machine and dishwasher, there were also few detergent capsules available.
  : You could feel some light smell of dampness. It wasnt very annoying, maybe apartment wasnt used for some time. Also mobile connection wasnt very good because of thick walls, but it wasnt a problem for us.
