  : The apartment was clean, perfect for 4 people and situated in nice location. Additionally, they had all basic utensils and smooth unmanned checkin -checkout process. We will definitely consider their hotel chain during our upcoming visits.
  : It would be better if they have some kitchen tissues. Otherwise, everything is well managed.

The building itself is quite modern and technology-driven, which I appreciated, though it does mean that you'll need to pay close attention to the instructions provided to ensure a smooth experience.Another unique aspect is its proximity to a football stadium, which might appeal to sports enthusiasts. Impressively, despite this proximity, the apartment remains remarkably quiet once the doors and windows are locked, ensuring a peaceful environment inside.Overall, this Airbnb combines convenience with modern amenities and provides a quiet, comfortable retreat in a bustling part of Lucerne.
  : While my stay at this Airbnb in Lucerne had its perks, such as its cleanliness, excellent location, and modern amenities, there were several drawbacks that affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, the apartment had some maintenance issues, including broken or damaged items and some noticeable stains on the floor.The technology in the apartment, while generally good, did not extend to the TV, which was surprisingly not a smart TV. Additionally, the kitchen was somewhat under-equipped for a comfortable stay: it lacked kitchen towels, had no strainer for making tea, and the coffee machine was present but without any coffee pods provided. Essential cooking items like oil, salt, and sugar were also missing, which was inconvenient.The sofa bed was very soft, making it uncomfortable for sleeping, which could be a significant drawback for guests needing to use it. Moreover, the photos of the apartment provided a misleading impression, suggesting a more upscale accommodation than what we found upon arrival.While the proximity to the bus stop and the quiet environment despite being near a football stadium were notable positives, the apartments presentation and provisioning left room for improvement. A more accurate portrayal of the apartment and better attention to guest amenities would enhance the experience significantly.

  : It is very easy to reach the city centre and the big shopping centre nearby makes it easy to organise food. The balcony is ver nice.
  : The furniture is very basic and at times insufficient. There is no cupboard in the bathroom and the towel hangers are not enough. Kitchen is basic, not even salt and pepper are available which makes a short stay inconvenient if one has to bring all. I would not say the offeren infrastructuur matches the price.
