  : The location was good since it was super close to the train station. (Maybe 10-15 minutes walk)There were many grocery stores close by so that made it convenient.There is an elevator so didn't have to carry luggage by stairs.
  : It literally feels like I'm inside a microwave because that's how hot the room was.It was so difficult to sleep because of the noise from the trains all night.The room was soooo tiny you can either open your suitcase or move inside the room.

  : The place is 10 mins walk to Lucerne center and train station. The room was clean, and facilities was good, cooking utensils, eating utensils, kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer and ironing kit.Great value for moneyYou only hear the trains if you opened the window, but the weather doesn't help in that, so I won't worry about itwhen we asked house keeping for a fan as the room was too hot, the actually provided one, not fully function but it helped a bit
  : - Wifi was really, there was a lot of disconnections, as the signal was weak in our room.- When we reported it, the customer service rep. said it is not her job to be in "our shoes" but just to forward emails. Which when we did, and nothing happened- So don't expect any help from their customer service, it is not like a hotel reception. So you get what you paid for, a place to sleep and that is it.- this is by far THE WORST TOILET PLACEMENT I've ever seen in any hostel/hotel/appartement/train/airplane. The most tiny location, if you are above 150 cm you won't be able to sit to do your deed on the toilet- The shower head was clogged from water residue, and the hand held shower, had its holder come out of the wall- uncomfortable pillows

  : The room was fine for me. Maybe not so good for those who doesn't like a small room. They are easy to contract and answer my e-mail or my call.
  : It's a bit dusty on the floor, table, kitchen counter..

  : Very hot. No cooling arrangement. Noisy neighborhood restaurant. You can't sleep due to continuous noise from the restaurant. Very disturbing
