  : The location and desk staff
  : We paid online when we got there. I was told the payment was not made. I showed her on my bank account that it was made. She's still told me. I had to make a payment so I did and then she told me. Oh, I see it, and I was charged twice. The room was filthy within 5 minutes of walking around without shoes on my feet were black. The bathtub had black mold in it underneath the bath Mat looked like it had not been cleaned in a month, and I killed a roach. the washcloth that was there looked like it had been used to clean the floor and never cleaned properly. I spoke with the hotel manager the next morning. And he told me that he would give me half off my room, but because I went through booking, I had to talk to them and that he would give the okay well, I talked with booking. The manager is yet to get back. It's been a month since my trip. Will never stay here again.

  : The staff was very friendly. The price was better than surrounding hotels.
  : The pillows on the beds weren't comfortable and the rooms were just okay. The breakfast was pretty basic without a lot of offerings, though they did have waffles.

  : Missed breakfast by a minute but got coffee any way, thanks!Cups were styrofoam and a challenge to the environment.
  : There was old dried pet vomit under the desk. The shower faucet was so tight I couldn’t open it with two hands. The sink was borderline stopped up, drawing slow enough to count 25 minutes.

  : the balconys.....rooms clean ..lobby clean ...workers are all great there
  : the bad activity .......the trash being throwed down in the parking lot !!!...I mean grown folks do grown folks things :cool ...but ....anyway .....it's a good place

  : Location. The main checkin area was clean and neat. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
  : The room was not what we are used to, even at this price point. The bath area had black mold above the shower head and we had no soap in either dispenser and the desk said they didn’t even have the small bar soap for us. The room was extremely old and needed a complete remodel. It was not clean, with dust everywhere and some left over trash in various spots.
