  : Carpeting was filthy. Bed linens looked like someone had already slept there. Usuually stay in a Marriott or similar so I was very disappointed with Country.

  : The room smell so bad like smoke and damp carpet, there was stains all over the carpet and walls. The tub was so dirty and there was no hot water. My cousin saw roach in her room. My key wouldn’t work I walked down to ask the young lady at the desk to about it and she seem annoyed by me having a problem with the key card.

  : The room had large stains on the carpet. They had to change rooms for me because in the first room there were stains on the bed sheet.

  : I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent stay at your hotel due to the unacceptable conditions and service I encountered.I arrived at the hotel on July 9th at 2:10 AM, only to find that there was no one at the front desk to check me in. Instead, a person who did not speak English and was not in a hotel uniform attempted to check me in via a WhatsApp conversation with someone else. This unprofessional check-in process was extremely concerning and set a negative tone for my stay.Upon entering my room, I was appalled by its condition. There were fresh ink stains on the floor that ruined my socks and pants, and the bedside table had a white substance on it, which I hope was not anything inappropriate. The bathtub was dirty, making it unusable. Additionally, the swimming pool was not functioning, which was a significant disappointment as I had specifically chosen your hotel for this amenity.The only reason I stayed overnight was due to sheer exhaustion after driving for 11 hours. When I checked out, I requested to speak with a manager but was informed that no manager was on duty.Given these circumstances, I believe a full refund is warranted. The conditions of the room and the lack of proper service were far below any reasonable standard of hospitality.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.Sincerely,Booking reservation number: 4345001225
